Sec. 10-6. Purchase, consumption or possession by or for underage
persons.
(a) In this section the term "underage person"
means a person under 18 years of age.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any underage person
to purchase, drink or possess any alcoholic beverages.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any underage person
to misrepresent such person's age in any manner.
(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to
keep or maintain a place where underage persons knowingly are allowed and
permitted to come and purchase, drink or possess any alcoholic beverage.
(e) It shall be unlawful for any parent or
other person to buy any alcoholic beverage and furnish it to an underage
person for consumption.
