Chapter 106
Sec. 106-86.  License to make music on streets; making such for purpose of begging.

 (a)     It shall be unlawful for any person to make music on the streets of the city without first obtaining a license or permit; and it shall further be unlawful for any person, with or without a license or permit, to make music on the streets of the city for the purpose of begging, or to call the attention of passersby to some personal deformity or infirmity of the person making the music or some person accompanying the one making the music.
 
 (b)     Upon the conviction of any person of the violation of the acts prohibited in this section, such conviction shall have the effect of revoking any license or permit previously issued to that person.
