Chapter 110
Sec. 110-60.  Use of public parks at night.  
 
 (a)     No person shall be in any major public park of the city or upon any park lane or park drive in any major public park of the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily without the written permission of the commissioner.
 
 (b)     No person shall be in Shady Valley Park, Ardmore Park, nor Tanyard Creek Park, or upon any park land, park drive or parking lot in Shady Valley Park, Ardmore Park, nor Tanyard Creek Park from 30 minutes following sunset until 30 minutes following sunrise daily without the written permission of the commissioner.
 
 (c)     This section shall not prevent the use at any time of thoroughfares that are part of the system of streets and highways of the city which traverse any part or portion of any public park.
 
 (d)     The mayor or the mayor's designee shall by regulation categorize the various public parks of the city as major public parks or neighborhood public parks.
