The intent of this directive is to facilitate the timely completion of command internal investigations.
It is the policy of the Field Operations Division (FOD), to complete all internal investigations in a timely manner.
3.1 The Division administrative office is responsible for monitoring the status and results of on-going and completed investigations.
3.2 Section commanders are responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all investigations assigned to their command.
4.1 Enforce the provisions of this Command Memorandum at all times.
