1.               PURPOSE

 

This directive identifies those work sites that are responsible for maintaining sets of written directives, laws, and other materials for reference by employees assigned to the work site.

 

2.               POLICY

 

Work sites will maintain sets of written directives, laws, and other materials for reference by employees.

 

3.               RESPONSIBILITIES [ Return to Top ]

 

3.1              Department, division, section, and other work site commanders will maintain reference material specified by APD.SOP.1030 “Written Directive System” so that it is up to date and readily accessible to employees assigned to the work site.

 

4.               ACTION  [ Return to Top ]

4.1              The following are defined as work sites for the purposes of maintaining reference material:
