1.               PURPOSE

The intent of this directive is to ensure that the Field Operations Division commander is aware of all personnel transfers within the zones/sections.

2.               POLICY

The Field Operations Division commander must review all Personnel Orders.

3.               RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1              Zone/section commanders will ensure that all Personnel Orders are forwarded to the Field Operations Division commanders.

4.               ACTION

4.1              The zone/section commander will provide the Field Operations Division commander with a copy of all Personnel Orders for review.

4.2              The Personnel Orders must be forwarded to the Field Operations Division commander prior to the effective date.
